Stairs instead...

Well I took the stairs instead of the elevator to get into work today. Had noodle soup for lunch, still had waffles for breakfast and let's just not discuss dinner (all I can say is I got off work late so it was not as good as it should be).

Really tired, fell asleep watching tv on the couch so early to bed tonight.

I am weak...

Sleeping in is always so much better and easier. I am weak I slept in, but in on success I was able to get up 15 minutes earlier, one small battle.

Still I am even weaker, chicken broth did not sound good today. What started as me heading out to go and get a chicken kabob turned into me getting a burger and fries with Dr. Pepper (yes, large). SUCK!

Will I ever be able to start? Who knows, but I am cooking a meal at home, yet another small step (and SUCK I am still weak and have Dr. Pepper at home).

Why am I so weak and why must the foods you crave taste so good! I blame the foods.

New beginnings...

I am creating this blog so I can keep track of how I am losing weight (might not be a whole lot of losing but a girl can try).

I want to lose 60 pounds, I plan on doing it 5 pounds at a time, hence the 60 by 5s title. It will also allow me to talk about training for various events, such as tri-athalons, 5ks and such.

I plan on doing some sort of exercise tomorrow, hopefully I can get my ass out of bed and do something in the morning as well as when we get home (that is depending on if I can get out of work on time!).

I plan on keeping track of my eating habits because I know I don't do a very good job at that either.

If you plan on following this please forgive me for any swearing that may offend you because I plan to just say it as it is.
