Could it be three times...

I think I have broke a new record lately! I just "worked out" three times in 2 days. I am considering the web walking I did while make a 30 spiderweb as exercise because my hips hurt tons because of it.

I also went swimming today with the boy, I did make an effort to make a little bit of a work out out of it too.

Had only water at lunch with a salad. That is really good compared to what I have done lately.

Getting there, I will be doing it in no time.

Wow, really sucks...

I really suck at working out. I did finally get off my butt and did a walk today while the boy was doing his basketball practice today. And as a more positive note I did manage to drag the dog with me, yes it was pointed out at the vet's office that she is about a pound and a half overweight too.

I walk for about an 45 minutes today and I did go 2.19 miles so really a good start for finally getting up off my ass to work out some today. According to the Nike iPod hook up I burned 361 calories, but pretty sure I ate that all back at dinner tonight, so on a the plus side I at least worked out some!

I didn't even use the excuse of not having the correct earphone pieces, not sure even where the new ones I bought are currently and my sister has yet to return my other ones from her Ragnar relay that she borrow, nope I sucked it up and used the crappy hurt my ear ones.

Two songs I remember (and yes I know not the best work out songs but not sure what happened to my work out play list) were "Thriller" by Micheal Jackson and "I'll be there for you" by I think Bon Jovi.

Oh well, all in all I at least tried it today, only good can come from this again hopefully.
